Delivery

We deliver our products to Estonia using a courier and the delivery will take place within 1-3 business days from order.

Delivery to countries in EU or outside EU is also possible, but in that case it will not be carried out via our webshop and will be agreed separately.

Due to the shape and size of our products we are delivering via Omniva standard courier with fixed handling fees and transport fees. We advise you to group your items in one order. In case you place two distinct orders separately, shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Estonia: 5,4 - 7,2€ depending on weight of the ordered products
Global: to be agreed separately

We are happy to offer global shipping, but not as a standard procedure and therefore global delivery should be agreed separately. We kindly thank you for your understanding.

Returns

Online store purchases can be returned or exchanged in 14 days after the goods were received.

This does not apply to special order products that are not sold in webshop, but are manufactured according to customer wishes and specification. In that case we are considering these products to be produced according to customer specification and will follow paragraph 54 or the Law of Obligations Acto of the Republic of Estonia.

Right to return or replace our products does also not apply in case the buyer is a company and not a private person.

We are doing our best to make the ordered products suit your needs and all items are manufactured specially based on and according to your order. If you wish to return the delivered products, they should be in the same state as you received them and we cannot exchange or take back items that have been adjusted to your needs after our delivery. Returnable products may not be altered, dirty, worn or washed.

If you wish to return the products, you need to let us know about it within 14 days starting from receipt on the e-mail address in the footer of our webshop.

Costs related to sending the products back are carried by the customer except for the cases where return needs to be made, because the product does not conform to order (wrong shape, defect, etc.).

Returns or exchanges are applicable once per order with maximum value of 100% of the item cost. A product that has been exchanged once can not be exchanged twice.

An invoice or an order number must be presented together with the returnable product.

The returnable products must be delivered to Mistra-Autex AS within 14 days after submitting the return request. They must be sent to Mistra-Autex AS, Paju 2, 75203 Raasiku, Estonia using Omniva or Itella courier.

If you wish to exchange the goods, they can only be exchanged for goods of the same value. If the replacement item costs more, you as our valued customer have to pay the difference. If the replacement item is cheaper than the original one, we unfortunately cannot refund you the price difference.

In case of return and unless agreed otherwise, the purchase costs will be retransferred to your bank account or through the payment method you initially used immediately, but not later than 14 days since we received the returned products.

Please use the goods with common sense and contact us for any questions that might arise. In case of active use the lifetime of our products could be even shorter due to their application, but if unexpected problems occur within two years after purchase, you are kindly welcome to provide us feedback and return the product for further investigation. If the problems occurred in normal usage conditions and are not related to wear or incorrect handling, we will happily repair the item or offer you a new one.
